Shanman

Shanman is the consummate radio guy. As a kid he fell in love in the back seat of his parents Ford Mustang …with radio. He was influenced by popular DJs on some of Spokane’s greatest radio stations like KJRB 790, 97 KREM, Rock 98 Q-FM, 92.9 KREM-FM and, of course, Rock 106. In the 80’s that fascination quickly turned into a passion and became what is now a decades long on-air career that began along the shores of Lake Chelan. Shanman considers himself incredibly lucky to have worked alongside the very radio heroes he grew up listening and looking up to on those legendary stations, including our own GA!

He lives in the land of cheap gas and smokes (Post Falls) with his hot little number of a wife, Katie (ShanHottie), and enjoys spending time in this beautiful Inland Northwest playground we call home. Don’t let his Pierce Brosnan colored hair fool you; he rocks harder and faster than his own kids!
