The City of Spokane says people can make donations through the H.O.M.E. Starts Here Fund, which has been designated to support people affected by the Spokane Complex Fires. The city says every dollar donated will go directly towards helping meet immediate needs and support recovery efforts for those impacted. CLICK HERE
