Today, August15th, is National Relaxation Day! With busy schedules, kids, and just life in general, it’s hard to find the time to relax and enjoy yourself. Find things that make you happy and relaxed even if it only takes a few minutes so you can get back to what you’re doing!
You can put on your favorite song in the car! Buy yourself a treat! Some folks find cleaning relaxing even if it’s just taking out the trash! Do some stretching or go for a walk and zone out!
And if you’re in it for the long haul, lounge outside, maybe take a nap, or plan to do something that doesn’t stress you out and that you love to do!
If I were to take the day to relax, here’s how it would go.
Gonzo’s Relaxation Day
1.Put on A Deftones Record, Koi No Yokan to wake up.
2. Make Coffee and Cook a Breakfast sandwich while head banging to Koi No Yokan.
3. Watch a movie but replace the soundtrack with Deftone’s Koi No Yokan.
4. Play Drums to Koi No Yokan.
5. Order a pizza and sit outside while listening to Koi No Yokan.
6. Take a Nap.
7. Unwind with a cold drink and listen to Deftones White Pony.
