I grew up a brat. An Army Brat, that is. I made it to 4 continents by the age of 21. I've seen Mötley Crüe on 3 of those. If there is anyone to blame for turning me into the Metallian I am today, it's Kenny and his brother Mike. They couldn't handle the radio pop I listened to, so they strapped me into a chair and played Twisted Sister for hours. I finally broke free when they were going to put on Kiss. Little did I know then, but that would have been OK.
After high school, I began studing to be a sorcerer's apprentice, but when I couldn't figure out how to stop blowing things up, I figured it just wasn't for me. Couldn't get a broom to fly, anyway. Music is much more fun and I decided all I wanted to do is go to concerts. I worked in record stores, record companies and finally radio. You might remember hearing me right here on Rock 94½ back in 98/99 with a particular 80's hair band show. That's over now, but maybe again one day...
For now, I just stick to music and computers. Oh, and I'll probably see you at the concerts!
