Rock 94½ (KHTQ) Latté Hottie
Official Contest Rules  

1. Ladies: Send a picture of yourself along with your full legal name (we will only post your first name), the name of your coffee stand, phone number and date of birth, via email (rock945spokane@gmail.com) by June 30, 2007. Then starting 07/01/2007, That Damn Card Club member can log in and vote at rock945.com to be entered in a drawing to win various prizes from Rock 94½. You may vote once per day.  All entrants will receive a free piercing certificiate from Feel Good Ink, along with a Rock 94½ t-shirt and a sign to post at their coffee stand.  The lady whose picture receives the most votes at the end of the contest will receive $1,000.  Photo entrants and voters must be at least 18 years of age.  Only one (1) winner per household per contest.
2. Employees, interns, and independent contractors of KHTQ, KXLY Broadcasting, affiliated sponsors, and employee affiliates and their immediate families and significant others or employees of participating trades are not eligible to enter or participate in the use or enjoyment of any prize.
3. There will not be any substitutions or exchanges of prizes or travel arrangements.
4. You must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to win.
5. No substitutes of prize will be permitted.
6. KHTQ, KXLY Broadcasting, and associated sponsors are not liable for the failure of any third-party prizes. When prizes involve a third-party situation, a release form will be signed by winners to release KHTQ and KXLY Broadcasting from any liability for the failure of any third-party provider of a prize.
7. Winner is responsible for all local, state, and federal applicable taxes, meals, all gratuities and incidental expenses arising from this contest.
8. By participating in this contest, contestants KHTQ permission and the right to publicize and/or broadcast contestants name, character, likeness, voice, and fact that he/she has participated in or won KHTQ contest, without any additional compensation.  
9. KHTQ, KXLY Broadcasting, and associated sponsors are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, postage-due or misdirected mail entries. All materials submitted become the property of KHTQ/KXLY Broadcasting and will not be returned. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries will be permitted.
10. Decisions of KHTQ/KXLY Broadcasting judges are final.
11. By accepting any prize, winner releases KHTQ and KXLY Broadcasting from any and all liabilities associated with said prize.
12. KHTQ reserves the right to change the rules and/or discontinue the contest at any time without notice.
